How to complete Missions that require the plugin?

If you are completing a Mission that requires the plugin (plugin is required for games including Apex Legends, CS: GO, Dota 2, LoL, Rocket League), you should keep in mind a few things:

1. You should launch Stryda plugin and the Stryda App before the start of the game
2. You should check that the Stryda icon is visible in-game, which means that your game progress is being tracked
3. You should give it some time after your game is completed for the stats to update
4. If the Mission is not updated after a few hours, you can report this to the customer support by providing as much details as possible

How to complete Missions for games with API?

If you are completing a Mission for a game that is tracked via API (VALORANT and PUBG), you should keep in mind a few things:

1. Make sure that you have connected Riot ID or Steam ID to your Stryda account, you can do that in the profile settings
2. When you finish your game, you should give it some time for the stats to update, since there can be a delay
3. Make sure that you use the button "Request a stats update" to receive the stats
4. If you are using a browser, you can refresh the page to speed up receiving the stats from API
5. In the App, you can click on the Ladders tab and then switch back to the Missions tab in order to refresh 
6. Fetching stats via API can take time but "Requesting a stats update" can speed up the process
7. If the progress is not updating after a few hours, report this to the support by providing as much details as possible
