I didn't receive my gift card to my email

When you buy a gift card in the Stryda shop, you should immediately receive an email with the redeemable code. If you checked your mail inbox and can't find the email with the code, try looking in the spam or junk folder. Gift cards may end up there.

If you checked the primary inbox, spam, or junk folder and believe you didn't receive the gift card, report this to Customer Support by creating a ticket.
