My sent out withdrawal hasn't reached my account

There is a transaction period when your withdrawal has been sent out from our end, depending on which payment method you choose for your withdrawal request.
Average transaction period from the date it was sent out from our end:
PayPal The transaction is completed instantly after the payment team has sent it out to your account.
If you haven't received your withdrawal despite it being shown as completed, please reach out to customer support and include your withdrawal request details.
VISA/Mastercard - 1-5 business days.
If you haven't received your withdrawal after 5 business days, you can contact customer support and request your ARN.
The ARN (Acquire reference number) is a string of digits that Stryda receives as proof that a credit card transaction has been completed. You can provide the ARN as a reference for that specific transaction when you reach out to your bank.
If we have received an ARN from your payment provider, we know the transaction has been completed. If you have not received the transaction despite this, you will have to track and dispute your transaction with your credit card provider/bank.
International bank transaction May take up to 6 weeks, but can sometimes be longer.
Sending money between banks is a long and unpredictable process due to how the receiving bank handles international bank transactions.
As soon as we send out a bank transaction, we have no overview or way of tracking the transaction.
Not to worry, we have a process to handle a failed or bounced back bank transaction. When it is returned, we will immediately send the winnings back to the user wallet, and we will send an automated email to notify you.
