How do I make a withdrawal request?

If you are ready to make your first withdrawal, you can find all the information you need in this article.
To access your wallet click on the profile drop down menu found in the top right corner of your Stryda account and choose Wallet. 
There, you have an overview of your total balance for all currencies available on Stryda.
If you want to withdraw, you will have to make sure that you select an amount within the withdrawal limit.

If your amount that is within the limits, click the Withdraw button.

After entering the amount you would like to withdraw from your wallet click Next.

If it is your first withdrawal, you will have to go through the identity verification process.
This is to ensure that we know who is making the withdrawal and that the payment method actually belongs to the user.
To prevent fraudulent actions on our platform, identity verification is in place to follow anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism policies. These are regulations we are obligated to conform to by law.
Once the validation of identity verification is made, you will be able to make a withdrawal request to a payment method of your choice.
Please check which payment methods are eligible for your country. Do note that your payment method needs to be able to receive international transactions, and you are responsible for providing the correct payment details.
If you are uncertain about what to provide, please contact your payment issuer.

In this step, you can select Manage methods to remove a previously saved payment method that you might not be using anymore. 

To be able to withdraw to PayPal or your Credit Card, you must first authenticate it. You can do this by either making a purchase, subscribing to Stryda or pre-authorizing the payment method while making a withdrawal (it will verify the account by charging 1kr, €1, $1, etc.). However, this fee will be added on top of your withdrawal sum.
You must make sure that the balance on your payment method covers the authorization cost.

When you have chosen the payment method you want to withdraw to, you will see a summary. It will show the sum you decide to withdraw, the fee, and then the total. 

Just click Withdraw [sum] to make your withdrawal request!
You will now get a withdrawal summary where you can see the details. Here, you will also find your transaction ID, which you can provide if you ever have to contact customer support regarding your request.

When all this is done, your request will be put in a pending state, and your withdrawal will be checked by the Compliance and Player Protection teams.
This process can take up to 30 days. Once it has been processed and accepted, it will be sent out by Stryda.
When Stryda has processed and sent out your payment, each payment method has different timeframes for when it leaves Stryda, until it is finalized and reaches you.
PayPal - Instant
Credit Card - Can take up to 1 week
Bank Account - May take up to 6 weeks (depending on how the receiving bank routes international transactions)
