Stryda supports several different payment methods in order for our users to make purchases, subscriptions and withdrawals.
Stryda accepts credit, debit, and prepaid cards issued by VISA or Mastercard. You must make sure that your credit card is eligible for making and receiving international transactions.
Unfortunately, we can't send any Mastercard transactions to Brazil, Hungary, or Turkey. However, you can still make purchases or buy subscriptions with your Mastercard issued in these countries.
We are also restricted from sending out transactions to any VISA or Mastercard to Canada or the USA, but you can still make purchases or buy subscriptions.
We accept all withdrawals and purchases and subscriptions to and from a PayPal account, as long as it is verified and eligible for making and receiving international transactions, and supports the currency set for your Stryda wallet.
Those who don't have a credit/debit card or PayPal account to use are able to request a withdrawal via bank transfer. We recommend that every user uses this as their last option for withdrawals, as the process to receive the transaction is slower, less secure, and has a higher transaction fee.
- We are unable to process any bank transactions in USD to a bank that is located outside of the United States
- We are unable to process any bank transactions in any other currency other than EUR to SEPA countries. This primarily affects our British users that have their wallet set to GBP
- We are unable to process any bank transactions in SEK
If you are affected by these currency restrictions, please reach out to customer support to have it changed. Remember that these currency restrictions are only for bank transfers.
