Before participating on Stryda, you will need to set your country.
You must register your country of origin or the country you currently live in.
When you set up your profile, you will be prompted to enter your country details. If you have not done this yet, you will be prompted again at your next login.
Changing your country
If you would like to change your country (for example, if you have moved to a new country) you will need to contact customer support.
In your request, please state which country you would like to change from and which country you would like to change to. Make sure to clearly explain why you want to change your country for it to be reviewed accurately. Customer Support will review your request and, if it is approved, will make the change for you.
Please note that any request to change country to one in which you are not currently a resident may be denied. You can read more in the Stryda rules.
